Yes. It’s very common for us to work directly with your contractor or job supervisor in all stages of the installation process.

We can often assist with the physical installation of smart appliances. We leave the connection to the Wi-Fi network to the customer, as they have the passwords, etc. If you have any questions, our techs will be happy to point you in the right direction.

If your appliance is damaged or missing parts, installation may need to be postponed until the issue is resolved. We recommend checking the appliance as soon as it arrives. If we are delivering the appliance, we will document the damage with photos and notes and work directly with the customer to determine what is best in each situation.
